How quickly can I setup Superbox?

Setting up your Superbox is straightforward:

  1. Plug in the HDMI: Connect the HDMI cable from the Superbox to your TV.
  2. Power On: Connect the power adapter to the device and plug it into a wall outlet, then press the power button.
  3. Connect to Wi-Fi: Use the remote to navigate to the settings menu and select your Wi-Fi network. Enter your password to connect.
  4. On-Screen Prompts: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup, such as language preferences and updates.

In just a few minutes, your Superbox will be ready for use!

I don't know which device to get, what do I do?

All Superbox devices share the same identical functionality. The difference between models is solely the amount of storage space. For most users, the Superbox S6 Ultra is the best all-around option.

Will it work with my TV?

Yes, if your TV has an HDMI port, your Superbox will work perfectly.

How fast is shipping & where does it ship from?

Orders placed before 2pm PST will ship the same day and once shipped, average delivery is 1-3 business days. All other orders will ship the following day besides Sunday.

I need to change something in my order, what do I do?

You can make changes to your order within the first 12 hours if the order has not been shipped yet. Keep in mind, orders ship same day Monday-Saturday before 2PM. You can always reach out to our customer support and while we cannot guarantee changes, we will try to help to the best of our ability.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide shipping, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your country and desired shipping speed/carrier.

Returns & Warranty

Is there a product warranty?

Yes, all Superbox devices are backed by our 365-day warranty. Items that are lost, stolen, or damaged outside of the warranty period are not eligible for warranty claims. If your device has issues after the warranty period, we offer repair services for an additional cost.

How does the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee work?

Packaged and sealed Superbox devices or accessories are eligible for the 30-day money back guarantee. Products that are used or damaged are not eligible for a return.

How can I exchange my old Superbox for a new model?

Reach out to our customer support! Superbox is constantly releasing devices with the latest available tech. We can price your current device and give you credit towards an upgrade. A customer support specialist will be able to help you with your upgrade.
